Shredders

TcRecycling scrap metal shredders are including classic horizontal shredders series THS and variable density vertical shredders series TVS.

Vertical shredders differentiate themselves thanks to lower installed power compared to an equivalent horizontal shredder having same production output. In addition vertical shredders can machine the scrap metal in a sole operation down to the required dimension.

Thanks to its new design and vertical layout is possible to vary the density (granulometry) of the proler you would like to shred. The variation can be set in a progressive manner if you like to shred fluff or you may leave it variable if you shred aluminium, weee, electrical appliances, ordinary waste, copper wires, metal chips, etc. or you may fix it if you like to produce briquettes.
