TC Recycling, loyal to his mission of market<br \/>\ninnovator, managed to <strong>concentrate in a 800 mm drum 75 kW of power able to disintegrate electric motors<br \/>\nof medium size.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TC Recycling developed this new shredding plant to satisfy current market needs. Today market is working<br \/>\non relatively <strong>small volumes of single type of waste with a large variety of different typologies<\/strong> so modern customers must be flexible and versatile; able to deal with different kind of scrap metals combined in a lot<br \/>\nof different combinations.<\/p>\n<p>Customers were asking for a complete system able to sort the magnetic fraction from the valuable<br \/>\nnonferrous metals having<strong> low running costs and compact lay out<\/strong> with a special focus on electric motors, compressor units for HVAC, aluminium profiles and similar waste.<\/p>\n<p>The entire shredding line is mounted on a steel platform in order to be <strong>transportable and easily installed<br \/>\neven in small and congested terminals<\/strong> while the low energy consumption of the motor is making this plant<br \/>\na champion in value for money.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PMD54y9QivY\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TC Recycling just delivered and installed a brand-new shredding plant to Pianigiani Rottami in Siena (Tuscany &#8211; Italy).
