TC Recycling container tilting system is one of the few or maybe the unique system available on the market equipped with a real ISO container spreader.
Thanks to its four twist locks the spreader can safely lock the container and lift it and inclined it in vertical position.
The four twist locks are hydraulically operated; they enter inside the four corner blocks of the container, rotate 90 degrees and lock safely it without the need of chains and other lashing devices.
The operator can control the entire process quickly and easily from remote.
Compared with other systems available on the market equipped with chains and manual lashing devices TC Recycling Container Tilter grants a 30% saving on operation cycle time at least.
